If there was only one nutrition information
tip we could give, it would be this. Make
sure most of the food you eat comes from
unprocessed sources. Is the food you're
about to eat, the way nature intended
it? Does it appear in it's most natural
state. If you want a high quality body,
you need to eat high quality foods. If
a food did not exist 1,000 years ago chances
are it may not be the best choice.
Remember life is about balance, follow
the 80:20 rule, if you eat unprocessed
or minimally processed foods 80% of the
time, you can treat yourself the other
20% of the time. There is no need to give
up treats, just don't make them the main
part of your nutrition.
